Christmas 2007
Hello everyone.

We hope you are having a great Christmas this year.

We had quit a busy season with visiting guests. My 2 sisters came to our home to celebrate the holiday. It was a great time. I was so moved by having my sister's Vicki's family here and to spend more time with them all. Vicki and all made some great food for the dinner. We took alot of pictures with the help of our inhouse Santa, Sheena. Thank you to her for making everyone feel so welcome.

My sister Mary also brought her family and it was very special to share time with each one of them. I am always amazed at how creative and filled with life they all are.

Check out some pictures at the follwoing links of the evening.

We also went over to my other family house, Holly, Jean, Ginger in Homewood. Ginger was visiting from Los Angeles with Myko. Myko was as cute as ever - and talented too. The evening included her acting in a play with Mya, and Jasmine, written by Jasmine.

It was great seeing all of them as well as Toni, Jean's sister.

Check out the evening at Holly's photos here.

Stay well and start on those New Years resolutions!!

Holiday Recipes
More than previous years, we've enjoyed a focus on food this season. From Thanksgiving on, the kitchen here has been active, cranking out tasty dishes. We had the pleasure of going to a Wii party with new friends, Komiko and John, and truly experienced a gourmet feast! Indulgent and delightful!

Check out some recipes from this holiday season here.

Christmas is Drawing Near

Well, here it is Dec. 17th and Christmas is almost here. We put up a tree this year which is the first time in many years. See photo. It was heart warming to see all our old ornaments that we've gotten over the years from friends. Even a few handmade by friends no longer with us. I am sitting here listening to, you guessed it... me. I am reminiscing about the making of the Snow White Christmas CD. Having my friend, Jane Bolduc help me finish it and singing on most of the songs warms my heart.

I was saddened by the news of the passing of Dan Fogelberg tonight. What a loss to the songwriting community.

I hope this entry finds you all well and thinking of wonderful thoughts from the past year and for the next year.

I'll save my New Years resolution list for the next entry. But this past year has brought about a big shift in my life which I am so grateful. The idea that abundance is everywhere and in everything around me makes me hopeful to know what is possible next year.

My sister, Mary is coming up from Missouri for the weekend with her family. I am looking forward to having them here. I am also excited that not only will she be sharing the holiday with me, but my older sister, Vicki and her family will be joining us for a wonderful dinner, Saturday night. Call me crazy but it is the closet thing to a family christmas that I have had in years.

Again, I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas. The best gift is telling someone how much they mean to you and even if in a large or small way have contributed to your life. Like you all have to ours. Thank you and happy Holidays.

Signed
Sappy Tim
